This was a brief observation of a contact binary in the constellation of Cygnus.  I used an ephemerides chart to determine the peak luminance of the pair and was able to get a few data points. The sky is a bit busy near the target and comparison stars and this contributed to signal error. After downloading AAVSO data from an observer that started logging data a few hours before me, I was able to graph out most of a full cycle.
